Terms & Conditions of Use for the 1cuci Platform

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 1cuci ("Platform", "we", "us"), covering all services provided on the website https://1cuci.onl.

1cuci does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. System maintenance, software updates or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions. 1cuci is not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.

Players use this platform at their own risk. All betting decisions are final and 1cuci is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of betting activity.

1cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• The account has been inactive for a set period with no activity.
• The player requests account closure through official support channels.

If an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations relating to the international licence under which 1cuci operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be referred to a recognised arbitration body.

In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction or game outcome, the player is required to submit a written complaint to our support team within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.

1cuci will endeavour to resolve all valid complaints within a reasonable time. The final decision made by 1cuci's management team for dispute resolution is binding on all parties involved.
